Get Started
Accessing Service Connect is simple. Here are 3 ways you can get started:
- Access from CDK IntelliDealer DMS: You can register and enjoy instant access to Service Connect through the IntelliDealer desktop.
- Access with a web connection: You can register for and access Service Connect Anywhere through the Service Connect section of your IntelliDealer DMS desktop or through a simple web-based platform
- Access from your mobile device: You can access Service Connect with the CDK Service Connect mobile app, available for free on the Apple and Android app stores.

1. Accessing Service Connect through Your DMS
Using Service Connect is the fastest way to get professional support. Forget sitting on the phone, remembering CMF numbers or dialing through prompts. Real, industry-leading help is just a few clicks away.
Step 1: From your CDK desktop, click the Service Connect icon.
Step 2: Click “Need Assistance.”
Step 3: Follow the prompts to tell us about your existing issue.
2. Searching for Answers
You know the question. Do you wish you could just look up the answer? With Service Connect, now you can. A robust search function lets dealers search for answers quickly. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: From your CDK desktop, click the Service Connect icon.
Step 2: Enter your search topic in the Search Knowledge field and click the magnifying glass.
That’s it! From there, you’re free to search for the answers you need.
3. Download the Service Connect mobile app.
With features and navigation optimized for your mobile device, you can now access all the time-saving features of Service Connect from your Android, iPhone, iPad or other Apple/iOS device. Download “CDK Service Connect” for free from the iTunes or Google Play store. You’ll use your Service Connect Anywhere account credentials to log in to the mobile app.

4. Stay connected with Service Connect Anywhere.
Access Service Connect and get the answers you need from anywhere you have an internet connection. If you don’t have access to IntelliDealer, are a non-DMS customer who needs help with other CDK solutions, or are just away from your dealership, you can now easily get the help you need. It's easy to get started. Simply register through IntelliDealer or visit cdkglobal.com/scanywhere
Step 1. Click the gear icon at the bottom of your Service Connect pane to access My Settings.
Step 2. Click the Service Connect Anywhere button in the right column to open the registration page.
Step 3. When the Registration pane opens, enter your email address and select a password. Click Sign Up to complete your registration.
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with the link for accessing Service Connect Anywhere. You’re all signed up!
